Where do I find listings
Land listings can be found at d'Alliez Land headquarters, on the listing page of this website, or under search-Classifieds-Land Rental.
How do i rent
Simply pay the rental box, contact Alliez Mysterio or one of our staff, and we will set the land for your use.
Are there bonus Prim parcels
Yes, some of our parcels do have that. Either contact our staff, or look at the land description to find out the prim bonus.
I rented, now how do I use it
As soon as the land is set for your use by our staff, you can start to create your vision of virtual paradise.
Do I need a premium account
No premium account is needed to rent land at d'Alliez!
Type of payment taken
We take either lindens or Paypal.
Why is there tier
Linden labs charges us monthly rent for the sims we own, it covers their salaries, equipment upgrades and high speed internet lines needed to operate Second Life.
What can I put on my land
Anything within reason, objectionable items may be required to be removed.
How do I use my radio/tv
Place the radio or tv, if your land is group owned, you may need to deed it to the group for it to work.
What if my region is down?
If your region is down for more than half an hour, contact one of our staff members, we will contact Linden Labs to resolve the issue.
What can I do about griefers?
Please get their name and what they have done, send it to us, we will report them to Linden Labs, and ban them from all our estates
Can I change to different land you have?
You may switch to a different d'Alliez parcel, no charge, and we will prorate the new land for you.
Can I terraform
You can terraform, or request our land experts to do that for you.
Why rent vs purchase
d'Alliez Estates only rents land due to the variability in land prices. You have the same rights with our rental land as you would by owning, other than being able to sell the land.
What is the difference between homestead and regular sim
Homestead sims are one quarter the number of prims that a regular sim has, they are limited to 20 avatars at a time and are residential and light business only, no clubs or malls.
What are cornered sims?
Cornered sims do not have abutting sims, this allows for clear water views in all directions from our land.
